      CONQUES

Conques, a picturesque village in the south of France, is known for its rich history and cultural significance as a pilgrimage site. Located on an important pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, this place has attracted thousands of pilgrims for centuries. The medieval architecture of Conques, with its impressive abbey at the heart of the village, enchants everyone who strolls through its historic streets. The grandeur and significance of this architectural style make it an important monument, attracting not only pilgrims but also tourists.

      Bozouls

This unique geological site, the “Trou de Bozouls,” is a horseshoe-shaped canyon measuring 400 meters in diameter and 100 meters deep. It is the Dourdou River that, over thousands of years, has carved the limestone here through its erosive action. Several walking trails have been laid out to explore the surroundings. With wooden bridges crossing the Dourdou and information boards along the way, you can discover all the special spots of the gorge.

      FIGEAC

Figeac is known as one of the most beautiful towns in the Lot department. It has withstood the test of time remarkably well, as seen in its many old buildings and medieval streets. At the Place des Écritures, you can admire a granite stone covered with hieroglyphs, in honor of the French researcher Champollion, who deciphered the hieroglyphs. End your walk with a drink at the charming Place Champollion square in the lively heart of the town. The Saturday market is also definitely a must-visit.
